A Seminar with Dr. Gattegno

This footage comes from a seminar held in Israel, circa 1987, and it is the last known footage of Dr. G.

In it, he discusses the "small challenges" he gave himself during his life, such as teaching all of the people in the world to speak in as many languages as they'd like, and turning every child in every classroom into a mathematician. He also discusses questioning, what it means to be objective or subjective, and the importance of emerging technologies for the future of education.
